Our History
Chandler Lodge was founded in 1960 by a small group of men that wanted to create a stable and secure environment for men in recovery. The original house opened it's doors on September 20, 1960 in the heart of North Hollywood. Chandler Lodge has undergone many changes over the past 63 years, while preserving the original spirit of the men who created it.

After just 3 years of operation the Lodge proved to be a strong foundation for men seeking recovery and a new way to live. Chandler Lodge was registered with the state of California as a non-profit organization in 1963.

The Chandler Lodge Alano Club is proud to host several AA and NA meetings per week. All meetings are open to the public and we encourage you to arrive a little early and fellowship with other addicts. Click here to view our meeting schedule.
